In many cases, yes. Our system supports layered previews, meaning you can try on jewelry, dupattas, and complete sets (when available). Look for the “Complete the Look” option during Try-On.

Can I try on multiple outfits side-by-side for comparison?

Currently, the feature allows trying one outfit at a time. But you can save your Try-On snapshots and compare them manually in your gallery—or use the Wishlist to track your favorites.

Is the Virtual Try-On feature free to use?

Yes, it’s completely free for all customers. No charges for trying on products virtually.

Does the Try-On show actual fitting or just appearance?

It’s a visual preview. The AR feature shows drape, design, and overall look, but not exact fitting. For accurate sizing, please refer to our Size Guide or use the Smart Fit Recommender.

Will the Try-On adjust to different body shapes and sizes?

Yes! Our avatar-based Try-On lets you input custom body dimensions (height, bust, waist, hips) to reflect your body type more accurately in the virtual preview.

Can I use a mannequin or model instead of my own photo?

Yes! If you're not comfortable uploading your photo, choose from a range of pre-set virtual mannequins that represent various body types, skin tones, and heights.

Will Yooneck add more styles to Try-On in the future?

Can I share my Try-On look with friends or family?

How can I check my point balance?

I forgot to log in—can I still get points for a past order?

We use pre-shrunk fabrics and perform color fastness tests, but minor shrinkage (3-5%) or initial color bleed (especially for indigos or hand-dyes) is possible. Always follow care instructions provided.

Are your products handmade or machine-made?

Many of our pieces feature handcrafted details—from hand embroidery and block prints to hand-finishing techniques—while others are machine-stitched for consistency and scale. We often blend both to deliver the best of both worlds.

How do I know which collection a product belongs to?

Do your outfits include lining?

Yes. Most of our outfits—especially lighter fabrics or sheer pieces—come with built-in cotton or crepe lining for better structure and modesty. The presence of lining is always mentioned in the product description.

Can I request a sample swatch of fabric before ordering?

Are all Yooneck designs exclusive?

Unless mentioned otherwise, all outfits are fully stitched and ready to wear. A few festive or heavy sets (like lehengas) may come semi-stitched for personalized fitting.

Do colors in product images match the actual product?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. If it’s been longer, please share your order and return details via support@yooneck.com or WhatsApp, and we’ll escalate it.

Refunds are issued in the original payment mode. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. You may also choose a Yooneck Gift Card for faster refunds and future use.
