These Terms and Conditions (โ€œTermsโ€) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (โ€œUserโ€, โ€œYouโ€, โ€œYourโ€) and Yooneck Fashion LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered and operational presence in India (โ€œYooneckโ€, โ€œCompanyโ€, โ€œWeโ€, โ€œUsโ€, โ€œOurโ€).

By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, communicating, or availing any service offered by Yooneck through its website, mobile applications, physical stores, or any other platform, the User irrevocably, expressly, and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  1. These Terms apply to all Users without exception.
  2. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
  3. If the User does not agree, the sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
  4. Partial acceptance of these Terms is strictly prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  1. The User represents that they are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  2. Use of the Services by minors is strictly prohibited without legal guardian consent.
  3. Yooneck reserves the right to deny access without explanation.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  2. All activities conducted through the Userโ€™s account shall be deemed authorized.
  3. Yooneck shall not be liable for unauthorized access arising from User negligence.
  4. Yooneck may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

  1. Product images are for representation purposes only.
  2. Colors, textures, embroidery, and finishes may vary.
  3. Availability is subject to change without notice.
  4. Yooneck reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  1. All prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.
  2. Prices may change without prior notice.
  3. Yooneck does not store payment credentials.
  4. Payment gateway risks are borne solely by the User.

6. ORDERS, CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

  1. Order placement does not constitute acceptance.
  2. Yooneck reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
  3. Confirmed orders may not be cancellable unless expressly stated.
  4. Customized and stitched orders are non-cancellable.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  2. Delays due to logistics, force majeure, or third parties are not Yooneckโ€™s liability.
  3. Risk of loss passes to the User upon delivery.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  1. Returns and exchanges are governed by Yooneckโ€™s Return Policy.
  2. Customized, altered, and discounted items may be non-returnable.
  3. Refunds, if approved, are processed through original payment mode.

9. CUSTOMIZATION, STITCHING & FIT

  1. Measurements provided by the User are final and binding.
  2. Yooneck is not responsible for incorrect measurements.
  3. Minor variations in fit are inherent to handmade garments.

10. USER CONDUCT

  1. The User shall not misuse the Services.
  2. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination.
  3. Yooneck reserves legal remedies against abuse.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All content, designs, logos, and material belong to Yooneck.
  2. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
  3. Legal action may be initiated for infringement.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Yooneck shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  2. Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

13. INDEMNITY

  1. The User agrees to indemnify and hold Yooneck harmless.
  2. This includes legal costs arising from User actions.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

  1. Yooneck is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.

15. TERMINATION

  1. Yooneck may terminate access without notice.
  2. Termination does not affect accrued rights.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie solely within India.

17. FINAL & BINDING NATURE

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Yooneck and supersede all prior communications.
