This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and binding part of the Terms & Conditions of Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, availing any service, or making any payment on Yooneck platforms, the user (“You”, “Your”) expressly, knowingly, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.

1. Applicability & Binding Nature

1.1 This Policy applies to all orders placed through Yooneck’s website, mobile applications, physical retail stores, and doorstep or try-at-home services.

1.2 Any cancellation window, condition, or restriction displayed on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, invoice, WhatsApp/SMS update, or any official Yooneck communication shall be deemed final and legally binding.

1.3 No verbal assurance, informal message, or third-party statement shall override this Policy under any circumstance.

2. Cancellation Window

2.1 Orders may be cancelled only within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time of order placement.

2.2 Cancellation requests raised after the expiry of the 48-hour window shall be automatically rejected without exception.

2.3 Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval; approval is subject to verification of order status.

3. Processing & Stitching Lock

3.1 Order processing, including stitching, customization, alteration, quality preparation, or packing, may begin after 12 (twelve) hours from order placement.

3.2 Once processing or stitching has commenced, the order becomes strictly non-cancellable, even if the 48-hour window has not elapsed.

3.3 System-generated order statuses such as “In Processing”, “Stitching Started”, “Customization in Progress”, or similar shall be treated as final proof of processing commencement.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

4.1 The following orders are non-cancellable at all stages, without exception:


  • Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products

  • Products marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase

  • Orders placed during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns

  • Gift cards, store credits, and coupon purchases

4.2 Requests for cancellation of the above categories shall be rejected automatically.

5. Method of Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation requests must be raised only through Yooneck’s official support channels.

5.2 Requests made via social media, personal messages, third-party platforms, or unofficial communication channels shall not be considered valid.

5.3 Yooneck reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any cancellation request.

6. Refund Consequences of Cancellation

6.1 Approved cancellations may be eligible for refund in accordance with Yooneck’s Refund Policy.

6.2 Payment gateway charges, COD fees, handling costs, or operational deductions may be applied where applicable.

6.3 Refunds, if approved, are initiated within 5–7 working days from cancellation confirmation, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.

7. Misuse & Abuse of Cancellation Policy

7.1 Repeated, excessive, or suspicious cancellation requests may be treated as misuse of this Policy.

7.2 Yooneck reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently block such users from placing future orders.

7.3 Yooneck may deny cancellation privileges to such users without prior notice.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Yooneck shall not be liable for failure or inability to cancel an order due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, system outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

9. Final Authority

9.1 Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority to approve or reject any cancellation request.

9.2 Decisions taken by Yooneck under this Policy shall be final, binding, and non-disputable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts located within India.
