This Loyalty, Coupons & Rewards Policy (“Policy”) governs all loyalty programs, reward points, cashback credits, promotional coupons, referral incentives, delay compensation coupons, and any similar benefit mechanisms offered by Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in or using any loyalty, coupon, or reward benefit, the customer (“You”, “Your”) expressly, knowingly, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.

1. Nature of Loyalty & Rewards Programs

1.1 All loyalty points, rewards, coupons, cashback credits, and incentives offered by Yooneck are promotional benefits and do not constitute legal tender, stored value, or a financial instrument.

1.2 Participation in any loyalty or reward program is optional and subject to Yooneck’s discretion.

1.3 Yooneck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty or reward program at any time without prior notice.

2. Earning Loyalty Points / Rewards

2.1 Loyalty points or rewards may be earned through eligible purchases, referrals, campaigns, reviews, influencer activities, delay compensation, or other actions as defined by Yooneck from time to time.

2.2 Points are credited only after successful order completion and expiry of applicable cancellation or return windows.

2.3 Yooneck’s internal system records shall be final for determining reward eligibility and credit.

3. Usage of Points, Coupons & Rewards

3.1 Loyalty points, coupons, or rewards may be redeemed only as per conditions communicated at the time of issuance.

3.2 Benefits may be subject to minimum order value, product exclusions, usage limits, or validity periods.

3.3 Coupons and rewards cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

3.4 All rewards are subject to availability and system validation at checkout.

4. Validity & Expiry

4.1 Loyalty points, coupons, and rewards may carry an expiry date.

4.2 Expired points or coupons shall automatically lapse and cannot be reinstated.

4.3 Yooneck shall not be responsible for non-usage before expiry.

5. Non-Transferability & No Cash Value

5.1 Loyalty points, coupons, and rewards are non-transferable and linked to the registered account only.

5.2 Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, bank transfer, or any monetary equivalent.

5.3 Points or coupons cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged outside Yooneck platforms.

6. Delay Compensation Coupons

6.1 Delay compensation coupons issued due to delayed delivery are governed strictly by Yooneck’s Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6.2 Delay coupons are auto-calculated and system-generated.

6.3 Delay compensation is provided only in coupon form and is non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

7. Refunds, Returns & Reward Reversal

7.1 If an order associated with loyalty points, rewards, or coupons is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the corresponding benefits may be reversed.

7.2 Yooneck reserves the right to deduct or revoke rewards obtained through cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.

8. Misuse, Fraud & Abuse

8.1 Any attempt to misuse loyalty programs, including fake referrals, self-referrals, multiple accounts, or manipulation of systems, is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Yooneck reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel rewards, and take corrective or legal action in such cases.

9. Program Modification & Termination

9.1 Yooneck may modify reward values, eligibility criteria, redemption rules, or validity at its sole discretion.

9.2 Termination of a loyalty or reward program shall not entitle users to compensation for unused or expired benefits.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Yooneck shall not be liable for any loss arising from inability to use points, coupons, or rewards due to technical issues, expiry, or policy changes.

10.2 Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the unused reward or coupon.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts located within India.

12. Final Authority

Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority to interpret, enforce, and amend this Policy.

All decisions taken under this Policy shall be final and binding.
