This Warranty / Authenticity Policy (“Policy”) defines the scope, limitations, and conditions relating to product authenticity, quality assurance, and warranty coverage offered by Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using any product from Yooneck, the customer (“You”, “Your”) expressly, knowingly, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.

1. Product Authenticity Guarantee

1.1 Yooneck guarantees that all products sold through its website, mobile applications, physical stores, and authorized channels are 100% original and authentic Yooneck products.

1.2 Each product is designed, curated, sourced, or manufactured under Yooneck’s quality and brand standards.

1.3 Yooneck does not authorize the resale of its products through unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, or third parties unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Proof of Authenticity

2.1 Authentic Yooneck products may include original tags, labels, branding, invoices, packaging, or other identifiers.

2.2 Absence of such identifiers due to removal, damage, or misuse after delivery shall not invalidate authenticity but may impact eligibility under other policies.

2.3 Any claim of non-authenticity must be supported by valid proof and raised strictly within the timelines defined under Yooneck’s grievance process.

3. Warranty Scope

3.1 Yooneck provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects related to stitching, fabric construction, or finishing that are present at the time of delivery.

3.2 This warranty is valid only if defects are reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence.

3.3 Yooneck’s quality assessment shall be final in determining whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

4. What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty

4.1 The following are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:

  Normal wear and tear
  
• 
  Color bleeding, fading, or shrinkage due to washing or care methods
  
• 
  Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or ironing
  
• 
  Fit issues arising from incorrect measurements or personal preferences
  
• 
  Minor variations in color, embroidery, weave, or texture inherent to handcrafted products
  
• 
  Damage caused after delivery
  

5. Handcrafted & Ethnic Wear Disclaimer

5.1 Many Yooneck products are handcrafted, hand-embroidered, hand-woven, or artisan-made.

5.2 Minor irregularities, variations, or asymmetries are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and shall not be treated as defects.

5.3 Such characteristics enhance uniqueness and do not qualify for warranty claims.

6. Alteration, Customization & Warranty Void

6.1 Any alteration, stitching modification, resizing, or customization performed after delivery by the customer or a third party shall immediately void the warranty.

6.2 Yooneck shall not be responsible for defects or issues arising after such alterations.

7. Remedy Under Warranty

7.1 If a valid warranty claim is approved, Yooneck may, at its sole discretion:

  Repair the product, or
  
• 
  Replace the product, or
  
• 
  Offer store credit, or
  
• 
  Issue a refund in accordance with applicable policies
  

7.2 The choice of remedy rests exclusively with Yooneck.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Yooneck’s liability under this Policy is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

8.2 Yooneck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Misuse & Fraudulent Claims

9.1 Any false, exaggerated, or fraudulent warranty or authenticity claim may result in rejection of the claim and restriction of future services.

9.2 Yooneck reserves the right to take appropriate legal or corrective action in such cases.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts located within India.

11. Final Authority

Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority to interpret, enforce, and amend this Policy.

All decisions taken under this Policy shall be final and binding.
