This AR / Virtual Trial Room Disclaimer Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of augmented reality (AR), virtual try-on, AI sizing, body visualization, and any related digital fitting or simulation tools provided by Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, enabling, or using any AR or Virtual Trial Room feature, the user (“You”, “Your”) expressly, knowingly, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.

1. Nature & Purpose of AR / Virtual Trial Room

1.1 The AR / Virtual Trial Room feature is provided solely as a visual and experiential aid to help users better understand styling, drape, and approximate appearance of garments.

1.2 The feature is not a guarantee of exact fit, size accuracy, color match, fabric behavior, or final appearance.

1.3 AR visuals, simulations, and size suggestions are based on algorithms, user-provided inputs, and system assumptions and therefore involve inherent limitations.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

2.1 Garment appearance shown through AR or virtual try-on may differ from the actual product due to factors including but not limited to lighting conditions, camera quality, screen resolution, device specifications, and user posture.

2.2 Fabric texture, embroidery detailing, color tone, and fall may vary from digital representation.

2.3 Minor deviations shall not be treated as defects or grounds for dispute.

3. Size Recommendation & Measurement Limitation

3.1 Size suggestions generated through AR, AI sizing, or virtual fitting tools are indicative only.

3.2 Accuracy depends on correctness of user-provided measurements and inputs.

3.3 Yooneck shall not be responsible for incorrect fit arising from inaccurate or incomplete data submitted by the user.

4. User Responsibility

4.1 Users remain solely responsible for selecting the final size, style, and customization details at the time of order placement.

4.2 Use of AR or Virtual Trial Room does not replace professional tailoring, physical trial, or expert consultation.

5. Technical & System Limitations

5.1 AR / Virtual Trial Room features may not function correctly on all devices, browsers, or operating systems.

5.2 Yooneck does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access to such features.

5.3 Yooneck shall not be liable for technical failures, glitches, or inaccuracies caused by device or network limitations.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

6.1 AR or Virtual Trial Room features may require access to device camera, images, or measurement data.

6.2 Such data is processed in accordance with Yooneck’s Privacy Policy.

6.3 Yooneck does not sell or misuse biometric or body-related data collected solely for AR functionality.

7. No Return / Cancellation Eligibility

7.1 Use of AR or Virtual Trial Room does not create any special rights regarding cancellation, return, or exchange.

7.2 All orders remain subject to Yooneck’s Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies as applicable.

8. Liability Limitation

8.1 Yooneck shall not be liable for dissatisfaction, fit issues, or appearance differences arising from reliance on AR or Virtual Trial Room outputs.

8.2 Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

9. Prohibited Use

9.1 Users shall not misuse AR features for unlawful, offensive, or exploitative purposes.

9.2 Any misuse may result in immediate suspension of access or account termination.

10. Final Authority

10.1 Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority to modify, suspend, or discontinue AR / Virtual Trial Room features at any time without notice.

10.2 Interpretation of this Policy shall rest exclusively with Yooneck.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts located within India.
