This Doorstep Service Legal Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides doorstep, home visit, try-at-home, tailoring, fitting, pickup, and delivery-related services. By booking, availing, or allowing any Yooneck representative to visit your premises, the user (“You”, “Your”) expressly, knowingly, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.

1. Scope of Doorstep Services

1.1 Yooneck’s doorstep services may include, without limitation, home trials, size measurements, fitting consultations, fabric or design previews, pickup of garments for alteration, delivery of finished products, and related support services.

1.2 Availability of doorstep services is subject to location, staff availability, operational capacity, and internal scheduling. Yooneck reserves the right to refuse or reschedule any request at its sole discretion.

2. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

2.1 Doorstep service appointments must be booked through Yooneck’s official channels only.

2.2 Appointment booking does not constitute confirmation. Confirmation is provided only through official Yooneck communication.

2.3 Yooneck reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to operational, safety, or logistical reasons.

3. Appointment Cancellation Window

3.1 Users may cancel a confirmed doorstep service appointment only up to 2 (two) hours prior to the scheduled visit time.

3.2 Cancellation requests raised within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time shall not be accepted.

3.3 Failure to be available at the scheduled time, denial of entry, or non-response shall be treated as a no-show.

4. No-Show Charges

4.1 No-show cases or late cancellations may attract no-show charges, as determined by Yooneck.

4.2 No-show charges, once applied, are non-refundable and may be adjusted against future orders or services.

4.3 Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or permanent denial of doorstep service access.

5. User Responsibilities During Visit

5.1 The User shall ensure a safe, respectful, and non-hostile environment for Yooneck staff during the visit.

5.2 The User shall provide accurate information, measurements, and instructions.

5.3 Yooneck shall not be responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.

6. Measurements, Trials & Fit Disclaimer

6.1 Measurements taken during doorstep visits are based on the conditions and inputs available at the time of visit.

6.2 Minor variations in fit are inherent in handcrafted, stitched, or customized garments and shall not be treated as defects.

6.3 The User acknowledges that final garment fit is subject to fabric behavior, design complexity, and individual body posture.

7. Liability Limitation

7.1 Yooneck’s liability during doorstep services is limited strictly to the scope of the service availed.

7.2 Yooneck shall not be liable for:

  Personal injury or property damage not directly caused by Yooneck staff

  Loss of personal belongings during the visit
  
• 
  Third-party interference or unsafe premises
  

8. Safety & Conduct

8.1 Yooneck reserves the right to immediately terminate a visit if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate, or abusive.

8.2 Any misconduct, harassment, or intimidation toward Yooneck staff may result in immediate service termination and legal action where applicable.

9. Payment & Charges

9.1 Charges for doorstep services, if applicable, shall be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation.

9.2 Doorstep service charges, visit fees, or no-show charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 Yooneck shall not be liable for delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of doorstep services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic disruptions, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, staff emergencies, or force majeure events.

11. Final Authority

11.1 Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority to determine eligibility, conduct, charges, and continuation of doorstep services.

11.2 Decisions taken under this Policy shall be final, binding, and non-disputable.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts located within India.
