This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and binding part of the Terms & Conditions of Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”). By placing an order or availing any service, the User (“You”, “Your”) expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.


1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

  1. All orders placed on Yooneck platforms are confirmed within 48 hours of order placement.
  2. Stitching, customization, alteration, or order processing may begin after 12 hours from order placement.
  3. Once stitching, customization, or processing has commenced, the order becomes ineligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
  4. Order status updates shall be communicated via WhatsApp and/or SMS at the following stages:
    • Order Confirmed
    • In Processing
    • Shipped

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Order cancellation is permitted only within 48 hours from the time of order placement.
  2. Cancellation requests raised after 48 hours shall not be accepted.
  3. Once stitching, customization, alteration, or processing has started, cancellation is strictly prohibited.
  4. Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable without exception.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Exchange requests are allowed only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  3. Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
  4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and quality inspection.
  5. Any price difference during exchange shall be borne entirely by the User.

4. RETURN POLICY

  1. Return requests are permitted only within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  3. Sale items, discounted products, customized, stitched, or altered items are non-returnable.
  4. Products failing quality inspection shall be rejected and returned back to the User.

5. REFUND POLICY & TIMELINE

  1. Refunds are initiated only after successful quality check approval.
  2. Refund initiation timeline is 5–7 working days from approval.
  3. Credit to bank account or original payment method depends on bank or payment gateway timelines.
  4. Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. DELAY COMPENSATION POLICY

  1. If an order is delayed beyond 10 days from the promised timeline, the User shall be eligible for delay compensation.
  2. Compensation shall be issued as a ₹100 per day coupon for each day of delay.
  3. The coupon calculation and issuance shall be automatic and system-driven.
  4. Delay compensation shall be provided only in coupon form and is not redeemable for cash.

7. DOORSTEP / TRY-AT-HOME SERVICES

  1. Doorstep or Try-at-Home appointments may be cancelled only up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
  2. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or no-show cases shall attract no-show charges.
  3. No-show charges shall be non-refundable.

8. FINAL AUTHORITY

  1. Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority to determine eligibility for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
  2. Any misuse or abuse of this Policy may result in denial of future service.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie solely within India.
