This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and binding part of the Terms & Conditions of Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”). By placing an order, the User (“You”, “Your”) expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.
1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING
- All orders placed on Yooneck platforms are confirmed within 48 hours of order placement.
- Order processing, including stitching, customization, alteration, or packing, may begin after 12 hours from order placement.
- Once processing has commenced, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected.
- Order status updates shall be communicated via WhatsApp and/or SMS at the stages of Order Confirmed, In Processing, and Shipped.
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE
- Yooneck ships products across India and to select international locations, subject to serviceability.
- Shipping availability may vary based on pin code, courier partner, or regulatory restrictions.
- Yooneck reserves the right to refuse shipment to non-serviceable or high-risk locations.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & PARTNERS
- Orders are shipped through third-party courier and logistics partners.
- Selection of courier partner is at Yooneck’s sole discretion.
- Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, customization, destination, and courier performance.
- Delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, regulatory checks, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond Yooneck’s control.
5. DELAY COMPENSATION
- If an order is delayed beyond 10 days from the promised delivery timeline, the User shall be eligible for delay compensation.
- Delay compensation shall be issued as a ₹100 per day coupon for each day of delay.
- Coupon calculation and issuance shall be automatic and system-driven.
- Delay compensation is provided only in coupon form and is not redeemable for cash.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
- Any applicable COD, handling, or logistics charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges may vary based on location, order value, or promotional offers.
7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILURE
- Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times as per their policy.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin.
- Re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the User.
8. RISK & OWNERSHIP
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the User upon successful delivery.
- Yooneck is not liable for loss or damage after delivery confirmation.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
- All such charges are borne solely by the User.
- Yooneck has no control over customs clearance timelines.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
- Yooneck shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
11. FINAL AUTHORITY
- Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority regarding shipping and delivery decisions.
- This Policy may be amended without prior notice.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie solely within India.
