This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and binding part of the Terms & Conditions of Yooneck Fashion LLP (“Yooneck”, “Company”). By placing an order, the User (“You”, “Your”) expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agrees to this Policy.


1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

  1. All orders placed on Yooneck platforms are confirmed within 48 hours of order placement.
  2. Order processing, including stitching, customization, alteration, or packing, may begin after 12 hours from order placement.
  3. Once processing has commenced, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected.
  4. Order status updates shall be communicated via WhatsApp and/or SMS at the stages of Order Confirmed, In Processing, and Shipped.

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

  1. Yooneck ships products across India and to select international locations, subject to serviceability.
  2. Shipping availability may vary based on pin code, courier partner, or regulatory restrictions.
  3. Yooneck reserves the right to refuse shipment to non-serviceable or high-risk locations.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & PARTNERS

  1. Orders are shipped through third-party courier and logistics partners.
  2. Selection of courier partner is at Yooneck’s sole discretion.
  3. Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  1. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.
  2. Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, customization, destination, and courier performance.
  3. Delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, regulatory checks, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond Yooneck’s control.

5. DELAY COMPENSATION

  1. If an order is delayed beyond 10 days from the promised delivery timeline, the User shall be eligible for delay compensation.
  2. Delay compensation shall be issued as a ₹100 per day coupon for each day of delay.
  3. Coupon calculation and issuance shall be automatic and system-driven.
  4. Delay compensation is provided only in coupon form and is not redeemable for cash.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

  1. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
  2. Any applicable COD, handling, or logistics charges are non-refundable.
  3. Shipping charges may vary based on location, order value, or promotional offers.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILURE

  1. Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times as per their policy.
  2. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin.
  3. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the User.

8. RISK & OWNERSHIP

  1. Risk of loss or damage passes to the User upon successful delivery.
  2. Yooneck is not liable for loss or damage after delivery confirmation.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
  2. All such charges are borne solely by the User.
  3. Yooneck has no control over customs clearance timelines.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

  1. Yooneck shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

11. FINAL AUTHORITY

  1. Yooneck reserves the sole and final authority regarding shipping and delivery decisions.
  2. This Policy may be amended without prior notice.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie solely within India.
